Hi! I'm Ella (obligatory picture above!).
I'm a qualified Psychotherapist based in Chelmsford, Essex.
My own experiences of anxiety, postnatal depression and birth trauma led me to counselling. And what can I say...the impact on my life was huge! And not only in my personal life, but also professionally. So back to school I went to retrain as a Counsellor, to use my passion to support others. And I'm so pleased I did!
I am a Pluralistic Counsellor. What does that mean? Basically I'm trained in lots of counselling approaches and techniques, which really allows me to tailor the support I offer you!

I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist, Postnatal Practitioner and Birthing Awareness 3 Step Practitioner. And I've also previously worked as a Hypnobirthing Instructor.
