COUNSELLING
Counselling is a talking therapy & sessions provide you with a chance to chat about how you are feeling, what you are thinking and explore any challenges (both past and present) that are impacting you and your life.

Talking to friends and family can be great, but sometimes it can help to be able to talk freely & openly to someone who isn't directly involved in your life. Someone who is trained to offer you support in a confidential setting. Someone who will listen to you. Someone who will make you feel heard and respected. Someone who won't judge you for how you are thinking, feeling or your experiences. Someone who will help empower you to consider and explore the best way forward for you.
Each of us are completely unique and so it makes sense that our experiences and the challenges we face are unique too. And your counselling sessions should be unique to you too - tailored to you, using a range of different approaches and tools to support you to make the changes in your life you want to see.
I can support you on a 121 basis with a range of challenges you maybe facing including:

I specialise in anxiety, family and personal relationships, self esteem and confidence, and pre & postnatal support.
Sessions are 50 minutes, either face to face in my
studio in Chelmsford or virtually via Zoom,
whichever works best for you.
Sessions cost £50.

There is off street and permit free parking available.
