COUNSELLING

Counselling is a talking therapy, where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss and explore your feelings and the challenges you are facing in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.

Counselling isn’t about giving you advice, but providing you with support, empowering you to consider and explore the best way forward for you.

Starting counselling can seem daunting - I offer a professional and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable to talk about your thoughts, feelings, choices, and experiences, without fear of judgement. A place where you feel heard and respected.

We are all unique, and our experiences, and the challenges we face are unique to each of us. As an integrative counsellor I use a range of different counselling approaches and techniques, completely tailored to you, supporting you to find the best outcomes for you.

 

I offer individual adult counselling across a range of issues including:

  • Stress

  • Work related stress

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Illness

  • Low self-esteem

  • Depression

  • Low-mood and sadness

  • Pre and postnatal depression

  • OCD

  • Relationships

  • Grief and bereavement

  • Anger

  • And many more.

 

I offer face to face support at my private studio in Chelmsford or virtually, whichever works best for you.

Sessions are £50 for 60 minutes, offered at a variety of times to suit you.

There is off street and permit free parking available.
